FOOD ALLERGIES - WHEAT & GLUTEN
Many people suffer from food allergies, which can cause long-term digestive
disturbances and challenges for the immune system & body. Bovine (cow) Dairy and Wheat & Gluten allergies are some of the most common.
Gluten is a protein found in the following grains: oats, barley and wheat – and all wheat family grains, which are rye, triticale, spelt and kamut. Some
people are only allergic to wheat, some to all gluten grains, some can tolerate
spelt and kamut, but not modern wheat. Many people find it easiest to avoid all
