EXERCISE - CHI GONG/QI GoNG
In traditional Chinese Medicine, Chi is considered vital energy. Gong means “exercise” or technique. So, Chi Gong is an energy exercise and/or energy moving
technique. In External or Healing Chi Gong, the therapist directs his energy to
the patient’s affected areas and either adds or disperses Chi. Healing Chi Gong exercises
can be practiced at home.
