HOMEOPATHY
Homeopathy is a specific healing system in which minute doses of specially
prepared natural remedies are used to trigger a healing response in an
individual. A homeopath prescribes a remedy based on the pattern of symptoms
with which a person presents. Homeopathic remedies can be used for a wide range
of conditions, from acute illness and injury to complicated chronic conditions.
This therapeutic approach was developed over 200 years ago by Samuel Hahnemann,
a German physician, and it remains in wide use throughout the world.
