SOUND THERAPY
Sacred Sound therapy has been used in diverse cultures for thousands of years.
In our bodies negative thoughts, experiences or emotional patterns block the
natural flow of life force energy creating imbalances and resulting in
emotional or physical pain. Utilizing a process known as “toning,” sounds are vibrated orally or instrumentally to correct these imbalances. When
sacred sound is directed to appropriate areas of the body it opens the way for
harmony and healing to occur.

SPAS
The term “Spa” comes from the name of a town in Belgium where the ancient Romans discovered
iron-rich natural springs which have been recognized as having the purest water
in the world. “Spa” is now used to describe health resorts and day facilities which specialize in
water-based therapies which promote health and healing in our bodies. These
spas also usually offer a range of other therapies for a healthy body, mind and
spirit. These spas are not to be confused with beauty salons that use “Spa” as a term to describe cosmetic, beauty and hair care.

The Strong House Spa is an organic and therapeutic day spa with a very extensive
menu of services. It specializes in therapeutic massage, aromatherapy and skin
care. The spa is fully outfitted with a steam sauna, a “wet room,” locker rooms, massage and facial rooms, and a classroom. Services include a
full line of body care options including: Salt- Glo, Full Body Mud treatments,
Herbal Wraps and Facials. They have a Natural Nail Bar using Vegan nail polish.
They offer full body relaxation massage to sports massage, reflexology,
